We promote peacebuilding, restorative justice, mutual understanding, inclusive citizenship, plurality, and human rights in the Arab world by creating dialogue spaces and building the capacity of communities and civil society groups to be catalysts for peace.

We envision an enlightened Arab World, where political views, ethnicities, religions and the different dimensions of our identity are incorporated into a richly diverse culture of peace and dialogue, respecting and promoting human rights for all.

We respect the dignity of every human being, value the diversity of cultures, encourage dialogue and understanding as a means of resolving conflict, and perceive justice as the long-term foundation for peace.

These values guide our staff’s interactions with all stakeholders, from donors to rights holders, and shape our policies, grounded in human dignity and freedom. In challenging times and tough decisions, they remain our steadfast guide, ensuring fairness, respect, and justice in all situations.
